Every Cotton India Tribe piece is made in small batches with care and intention. We encourage mindful purchasing and are happy to guide you on sizing or product details before you place an order.

Exchanges

Apparel

We do not accept returns on apparel. A one-time size exchange is available, subject to availability.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Garments must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

Home Furnishings

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, home furnishing items are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

To initiate an exchange, please write to admin@cottonindiatribe.com with your order number, item details, and reason for exchange.

Refunds

Once an approved return or exchange is received and inspected, refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

Please note:

For exchanges or refunds due to change of mind or fit preference, care & carriage charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will resolve the issue promptly.
